If you don’t have a bike, or don’t want to lock up in the park all day, you can use PeaceHealth Rides (PHR), Eugene’s bike share system to attend the Celebration: just lock to the Event Racks when you arrive (the PHR system area will temporarily expand for the Celebration)!
