FREE LTD Ride or Ride Your Bike to the festival!
Lane Transit District (LTD) and Cascadia Mobility are partnering with the Oregon Asian Celebration to encourage alternative transportation to Alton Baker Park to enjoy the festival.
Take a free LTD bus ride to the festival using a Free Festival Bus Ride Code. To use the free code, download the UMO Mobility app to your cell phone. Create your account.
Follow the directions below.
1 Log-in to your UMO Mobility app
2 In the top left-hand corner, click the menu button
3 Select ‘Redeem Benefit Code’
4 On the day of the event, enter the code IOKR-T5OV
5 When you are ready to ride, open the app and click on the ‘Code’ button at the bottom of your screen.
6 When boarding, present the QR code to the reader. This code can be used multiple times to pay for everyone in your party on the event day.
LTD Routes closest to Alton Baker Park:
– Route 66/67 (Coburg road with a stop near Alton Baker with just a short walk
– Route 13 turns off of Coburg onto MLK Blvd. Deboard with a short walk to the park.
Lock Your Bicycle at the Cascadia Mobility Bike Racks
Cascadia Mobility, a nonprofit shared transportation organization, provides bicycle racks to encourage people to ride their bikes to the park and enjoy the day-long festival. Bicycle rack locations at the north and south end of the festival site along the Willamette River Bike Path offer more than 100 bicycle spaces. Bring your own bicycle lock!
PeaceHealth Rides Eugene Bike Share
If you don’t have a bike, rent a PeaceHealth Rides bike. The blue bikes can be rented throughout Eugene at any of the 40 stations. Riders can pick up and drop off the rentable bikes for trips across the city. To get riding, download the app or visit PeaceHealthRides.com to sign up for a membership account.
The Bike Share program has been operating in Eugene since 2018 and is a partnership between the City of Eugene, Cascadia Mobility, the University of Oregon, and Lane Transit District and is sponsored by PeaceHealth Oregon.
