Demonstrations will run on the martial arts stage beginning at 11:00 a.m..

Demonstrations will be scheduled for 25 minutes, unless special arrangement have been made.

All attempts will be made to distribute the time slots fairly.

Please list any scheduling conflicts your group has. We will do our best to accommodate your request:

RELEASE AGREEMENT: 

In consideration of the granting of permission to participate in the Oregon Asian Celebration, I, the undersigned, intending to legally bind myself, heirs, personal representatives and all volunteers and agents of the organization I represent, hereby agree to waive, discharge and release any and all rights and claims for injuries, losses and damages against the Asian Council of Oregon, their officers, employees, agents and volunteers from and and all injuries, losses and damages to my personal property and the the property of the organization I represent including theft, thereof, or for any inury or pain to personnel, participants and/or customers.
